Welcome to DSC Trading. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

International Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to both domestic and international customers. DSC Trading provides services globally, subject to applicable export laws and regulations. Where conflicts exist between these Terms and mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction, local laws will prevail only to the extent required.

Services

DSC Trading provides aircraft parts, specializing in expendables and rotables, with services including:

  • Parts fulfillment with comprehensive traceability documentation

  • Same-day shipping for orders received by 3PM EST (international shipping timelines vary)

  • Consignment programs (including our REAP program)

  • Quote services for aviation parts

Ordering and Quotes

  • All parts displayed in our inventory are physically in stock and available

  • Quotes are typically provided within 1 hour during business hours (EST)

  • Minimum purchase order is $50 USD

  • Domestic orders placed before 3PM EST qualify for same-day shipping

  • International orders are processed same-day but subject to shipping carrier timelines

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice unless specified in a formal quote

International Shipping and Customs

  • Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • DSC Trading will provide necessary export documentation

  • International shipments require compliance with both U.S. export regulations and destination country import laws

  • Delivery timeframes for international shipments are estimates and not guaranteed

  • DSC Trading is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or inspection

Payment Terms

  • Payment methods accepted include credit cards, wire transfers, and approved credit terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

  • International payments must cover any currency conversion fees

  • For international orders, we may require prepayment via wire transfer

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • Terms for established customers may be arranged separately

Certification and Documentation

  • All parts come with complete traceability documentation

  • Certificates of compliance and airworthiness are provided as applicable

  • Documentation meets both FAA requirements and equivalent international aviation authorities' standards

  • Users are responsible for verifying that parts meet their jurisdiction's specific requirements

  • Additional documentation for customs purposes will be provided upon request

R.A.M.P. Program Terms

  • Revenue Asset Management Program (RAMP) participants must agree to separate consignment terms

  • International consignors may be subject to additional requirements based on jurisdiction

  • Consignors retain ownership until parts are sold

  • Commission rates and payment schedules are established by separate agreement

  • DSC provides monthly reporting on consigned inventory

  • International wire transfer fees for consignment payments are the responsibility of the consignor

Export Compliance

  • All transactions must comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations

  • Customers certify that purchased items will not be exported, re-exported or transferred to prohibited countries, entities, or individuals

  • DSC Trading reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns about export compliance

  • Customers must provide end-user information when requested for export compliance purposes

Returns and Warranty

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt

  • International returns require prior authorization and are subject to additional shipping costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees for international returns

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Warranty is limited to the condition described at time of sale

  • Defective parts will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

Language and Communications

  • These Terms of Service and all communications are in English

  • While we may provide translations for convenience, the English version remains controlling

  • Business hours for communications are 8AM-5PM EST (UTC-5)

  • Response times may vary for inquiries outside of business hours

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles

  • For international customers, disputes shall be resolved under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) where applicable

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce

  • The arbitration venue shall be St. Johns County, or as otherwise mutually agreed

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific part(s) in question

  • We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated

  • These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
